Our history

Established in 1978 by Dorothy Daniels, Federal Certified Hearing Center began with a simple mission — providing personalized care and treating every patient like family. Dorothy was known for making house calls and building lasting relationships, growing the practice through word-of-mouth and trust within the community.

Over time, her sons Lynn and Rich joined the business, learning the industry under her guidance and helping expand services throughout Washington State. In 2019, Rich’s daughter Anna took over leadership, continuing the family’s commitment to individualized care — now spanning four generations.

Today, with over 10,000 patients served and multiple service locations across Washington, we remain dedicated to delivering high-quality hearing care with a personal touch.

We continue to invest in advanced technology, ongoing education, and strong relationships within our community to ensure every patient receives the best possible care.

We also specialize in work-related hearing loss claims and have helped patients across Washington navigate the process for decades. Our team takes care of the paperwork and guides you every step of the way.
