Anna Johnson – Hearing Instrument Specialist
In 2015, Anna Johnson joined our team as a 3rd generation licensed Hearing
Instrument Specialist, becoming an integral part of our commitment to quality hearing
care. Her enthusiasm revolves around improving people’s quality of life, and she takes
joy in leveraging her expertise, blending generations of techniques to ensure that each
individual’s hearing instrument feels, looks, and sounds optimal.
Anna operates primarily from our north office, embodying a steadfast dedication to
preserving the legacy of our family-owned business. This legacy is defined by both
generosity and exceptional customer service. Anna’s responsibilities extend to servicing
multiple locations in the northern region, covering areas east of the Cascades and the
Olympic Peninsula. Her role reflects a commitment to providing top-notch hearing care
and upholding the values that have defined our business throughout its generations.
Joseph Blasko – Hearing Instrument Specialist
As a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist based in our south office, Joe Blasko has
dedicated himself to the hearing aid industry since 2014. Having earned a Bachelor’s
Degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Washington University in 2013, he
swiftly obtained his license and has been actively contributing to enhancing people’s
quality of life ever since. Joe’s passion lies in assisting individuals in overcoming and
accepting their hearing difficulties.
Having worn a hearing aid for over a decade, Joe brings a unique perspective to his
work. His favorite aspect of the hearing industry is sharing his personal experiences,
challenges, and solutions with his patients. This open dialogue aims to create a sense
of comfort for individuals navigating their hearing loss journey, fostering a supportive
environment for effective care and understanding.
Collette Daniels – Hearing Instrument Specialist
Collette Daniels is our Business Manager and a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist,
playing a pivotal role in our unwavering commitment to delivering quality hearing care.
She holds a degree from Western Washington University and furthered her education
as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, earning her license in 2021. As Rich and Debbi’s
daughter-in-law, Collette is often the friendly voice answering your calls, adept at
troubleshooting technical questions, checking insurance benefits, and providing remote
programming services.
Primarily based in our north office, Collette actively engages with patients throughout
the day, addressing their needs with a focus on excellence. Her dual role as a Hearing
Instrument Specialist and Business Manager exemplifies her dedication to ensuring a
seamless and supportive experience for all our patients. Collette’s educational
background and expertise significantly contribute to our ongoing mission of providing
top-notch hearing care services.
Zack Daniels – Hearing Instrument Specialist
Zack Daniels is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and the newest addition to our provider team. As part of the Daniels family, he proudly continues the legacy of care that has defined Federal Certified Hearing Care for generations.
Zack brings a diverse background that spans from construction to aviation, giving him a unique, hands-on perspective when working with patients. His approach is grounded in listening, problem-solving, and helping each patient feel comfortable and confident in their hearing journey.
As he continues to grow in the field, Zack is dedicated to providing high-quality care and carrying forward the tradition of compassionate service the Daniels family is known for.
Lynn Daniels – Hearing Instrument Specialist
Lynn Daniels was born in Vancouver, Washington, graduated High School and attended Community Chapel Bible
Training Center in Seattle. He has worked at Federal Certified Hearing Center since 1994. While he is no longer seeing patients on a daily basis, he continues to support the business and its mission, helping guide the next generation of care. In his spare
time,
he enjoys studying the Bible. Lynn says the best part of his career is making friendships and helping
others.
Rich Daniels – Hearing Instrument Specialist
Rich Daniels has been a cornerstone of Federal Certified Hearing Center since 1996.While he is no longer seeing patients regularly, he remains actively involved in supporting the business and mentoring the next generation, continuing the legacy of care the Daniels family is known for.
Cheryl Earlywine – South Regional Manager
Cheryl Earlywine joined Federal Certified Hearing Center in January of 2021 and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for our patients. She assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Cheryl’s favorite part of her job is seeing the impact hearing care has on patients – especially those receiving hearing aids for the first time. She enjoys building relationships and making sure every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family and embracing her role as “Mimmee” to her grandchildren.
Codie Daniels – Claims Consultant
Codie Daniels was born in Ilwaco, Washington and graduated from Decatur High School in Federal Way. She
worked at Federal Certified
Hearing Center in 1994 and most recently since 2016. In her spare time, she loves to do quilting and
crafting. Codie says best part
of her career is being able to help the people in the communities hear better.
Sarena Forquer – Claims Consultant
Sarena Forquer is our Claims Consultant at Federal Certified Hearing Center, assisting patients through the hearing loss claims process and helping ensure everything is handled accurately and efficiently.
Outside of work, Serena enjoys gardening, walking her dogs with her husband, and spending as much time as possible with her two adult children. She lives out in the country and loves the quiet and simplicity it brings.
Sarah Daniels – Billing Administrator
Sarah Daniels serves as our Billing Administrator, working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and accurate billing process for our patients. She assists with insurance coordination, claims processing, and account support, helping patients better understand their benefits and coverage.
Sarah is part of the fourth generation of family involvement at Federal Certified Hearing Center. She is the daughter of Zack and Collette and Rich’s granddaughter, continuing the tradition of dedication and service that defines our family business.
Isabelle “Belle” Johnson – Patient Care Coordinator
Isabelle (“Belle”) Johnson is the newest member of our team, assisting patients with scheduling, answering questions, and helping each visit run smoothly. In her role as a Patient Care Coordinator, she helps create a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.
Belle represents the fourth generation of family involvement at Federal Certified Hearing Center. She is Anna’s daughter and Rich’s granddaughter, continuing a long-standing family commitment to caring for our community.
