Our history

Established in 1978 by Dorothy Daniels, the Federal Certified Hearing Center originated with a personalized touch – Dorothy made house calls to each client, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Through her commitment and dedication, the center flourished primarily through positive "word of mouth referrals" from delighted customers and their networks. Over the course of 25 years, Dorothy's sons, Lynn and Rich, immersed themselves in the hearing industry under her attentive guidance, ultimately overseeing the business. In 2019, Rich's daughter, Anna, assumed leadership, continuing the legacy of individualized care. Dorothy's unwavering dedication has played a pivotal role in the business's expansion to include 16 service locations across Washington State.
